Les accidents de la route et la mortalit\u00e9 routi\u00e8re ont alors fortement diminu\u00e9, mais que dire des bless\u00e9s et de la gravit\u00e9 de leurs atteintes&nbsp;? L\u2019objectif est d\u2019\u00e9valuer l\u2019impact du confinement sur la morbidit\u00e9 routi\u00e8re.<strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les donn\u00e9es sont issues du \u00ab&nbsp;Registre des victimes corporelles d\u2019accidents de la circulation routi\u00e8re dans le d\u00e9partement du Rh\u00f4ne&nbsp;\u00bb. Les principales caract\u00e9ristiques de l\u2019accident, de la victime et de la gravit\u00e9 de ses blessures lors de la p\u00e9riode de confinement sont compar\u00e9es \u00e0 la m\u00eame p\u00e9riode l\u2019ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente. Cependant, pour \u00e9viter de pr\u00eater au confinement des effets li\u00e9s \u00e0 d\u2019autres sources de variation de l\u2019accidentalit\u00e9, la m\u00eame analyse est r\u00e9alis\u00e9e sur la p\u00e9riode pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente. Toutes les p\u00e9riodes sont choisies de la m\u00eame dur\u00e9e que le confinement lui-m\u00eame.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Au-del\u00e0 d\u2019une r\u00e9duction importante de l\u2019accidentalit\u00e9 routi\u00e8re, ce confinement strict a r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 des caract\u00e9ristiques d\u2019accidents et de victimes qui sugg\u00e8rent, globalement, une \u00e9volution des d\u00e9placements vers plus de modes doux.
